Enhanced maternity and paternity pay

We’re pleased to offer industry-leading support for new and expectant parents. Our enhanced maternity leave includes an extra 6 weeks at 90% of your average weekly pay (on top of the statutory 6 weeks at 90%) and we’ve not forgotten the dads! Our enhanced paternity leave sees new fathers get 2 weeks of 90% of their average weekly pay.

Referral bonus

We’re always looking to attract the very best talent to bring in new ideas and support our current teams. As part of this search, we ask our current employees to highlight friends, family, ex-colleagues to join the team. And if it all goes well? We dish out a cash bonus when that person passes probation. Woohoo!

Financial support

We aim to help all of our employees to be financially healthier and happier. To achieve this we have partnered with Salary Finance to offer every member of RBG access to the very best financial support available, in areas including financial education, loans, savings and investments.

Incentives and trips

We are always looking for fun and exciting ways to reward our employees for exceeding expectations in their roles. For our team members, we run regular incentives and bonuses for things such as up-selling and named reviews in customer feedback. For our management teams, we regularly run larger incentives around site performance with rewards going all the way up to trips abroad.

Buying holidays

Brand new for 2020, we are delighted to offer our Support Centre employees the opportunity to ‘buy’ holidays at the start of each holiday year. You will be able to buy up to a maximum of 5 extra days holiday that you can then take across the year. The cost of the days purchased will then be spread across the 13 pay periods and you will be able to request these extra holiday days in line with your normal process.

Long service awards

We are delighted to see so many people across the business hit long service milestones. Each year we celebrate these achievements with a long service dinner hosted by the CEO. Every individual is awarded a gift – and we channel our FUN value in an action-packed, party-filled evening. We celebrate 10, 15 and 20-year achievements annually and we look forward to welcoming the newest long service employees to the evening next year.

Staff Christmas parties

It’s a well-known fact we throw our teams the best Christmas party in the industry. Expect amazing food, plenty of drinks and a huge awards ceremony to celebrate successes at every bar. These parties are to recognise the fantastic achievements across the business and to say thank you for the hard work you all put in over the year.

Managers’ relocation package

This reward is available to employees in management roles across the business to help smooth their transition to a different city. It includes an interest-free company loan to cover moving expenses, two paid days off for moving (time off in lieu), we’ll pay any agency fees for new rentals, plus a one-off payment of £350 for you!

Contracted hours

We offer contracted employment hours for ALL of our hourly staff members. We are wanting to move away from zero-hours contracts to support financial security for all employees. As we do this, we will also be looking at ways to keep offering the flexibility that our teams prioritise – ensuring you can work around other commitments.
