    Bar support

    Support the team to be able to deliver the best possible experiences to our guests by ensuring our sites stay safe, clean and tidy. It's part of your role to ensure bars are well stocked with glassware, fruit, spirits and good times!

    Bartender

    Our bar team members are driven to deliver fun and memorable experiences to our teams and guests by serving delicious drinks and keeping people entertained all night (or all day) long!

    Supervisor

    Bar and floor supervisors are responsible for training our team members and ensuring both staff and guests are having a great time - in a safe, clean environment that puts people at the heart of all we do.

    Trainee Assistant Manager

    This role is all about learning how to deliver a fantastic duty shift. We'll teach you how to manage certain KPIs along the way, helping you understand how having a great time in bar in the right way can positively impact performance.

    Assistant Manager

    This role is about supporting the management team in a range of areas, including financial targets, people, brand standards, safety, security and licensing, service quality, sales and more.

    Deputy Manager

    Our deputy managers are the right hand man or woman to the general managers. Your role here is broad and varied, covering financials, brand, service, sales, team and more.

    General Manager

    This role focuses on creating and managing a safe and fun environment in bar - delivering a fun, memorable experience for team members and guests alike. You're fully responsible for the entire site!

    Area Manager

    This role is about leading, developing and coaching your management teams as well as driving the region to achieve long-term profitability. It's your job to ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved. These people embody our values, culture and the Revolution Way!

    Your sales career path

    A career in sales is fast-paced and full of personal wins. You'll be a people person that's driven and organised this role requires detective skills, teamwork and an understanding of human nature – not to mention grit and determination. If you think you'll be as happy upselling food and drink packages as you are creating the perfect spreadsheet, this could be the career path for you!

    Host

    From meeting and greeting guests to managing the floor and maximising sales, your role as a Host will be as varied as is it rewarding!

    Sales Coordinator

    In this role, you will be responsible for reactive sales and supporting the Sales Manager, whilst ensuring the delivery of pre-booked revenue targets.

    Sales Manager

    This role is about developing strategic business engagement and improvement initiatives, whilst actively selling, networking and plenty more!

    National Sales Manager

    Here you will recruit, develop, motivate and inspire the sales team to deliver our vision and values, driving revenue through pre-booked events.

    If you love cooking and you're willing to work hard, then being a chef is is a tasty career choice. Working in a kitchen means you get to work with food everyday and make delicious meals... and satisfied customers! But there's more to than just cooking everyday. Being a chef requires dedication and discipline - you get to be creative with ingredients and recipes, as well as building leadership skills as you rise up the ranks of the team.

    Kitchen Assistant

    This role is supports the kitchen team, ensuring guests enjoy top quality food through efficient prepping, washing, cleaning etc of food and equipment.

    Chef

    As a chef, it's your responsibility to ensure our guests can enjoy the best, most exciting menu on the high street - by creating delicious dishes and providing fantastic service.

    Kitchen Supervisor

    This role is responsible for training kitchen staff to an exemplary standard and ensuring all kitchen services meet brand expectations.

    Assistant Kitchen Manager

    This broad role covers recruitment, training and development, responsibility for financial targets, aiding in sales initiatives and meeting brand expectations.

    Kitchen Manager

    Responsibilities include overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring all activities are fully compliant and in line with food safety legislation, as well as training, recruitment and financial targets.
