Bar Support

Support the team to be able to deliver the best possible experiences to our guests by ensuring our sites stay safe, clean and tidy. It's part of your role to ensure bars are well stocked with glassware, fruit, spirits and good times!

Bartender/Cantinero

Our bar team members are driven to deliver fun and memorable experiences to our teams and guests by serving delicious drinks and keeping people entertained all night (or all day) long!

Waiting Staff/Mesero

Our day time role that is perfect for a foodie who loves to engage with their customers and guide them through our wonderful menus. You personality is really able to shine through in this role giving our guests a unique experience every time.

Team Leader

This role is all about learning how to deliver a fantastic duty shift. We'll teach you how to manage certain KPIs along the way, helping you understand how having a great time in bar in the right way can positively impact performance.

Assistant Manager

This role is about supporting the management team in a range of areas, including financial targets, people, brand standards, safety, security and licensing, service quality, sales and more.

Assistant General Manager

Our assistant general managers are the right hand person to the general managers. Your role here is broad and varied, covering financials, brand, service, sales, team and more.

General Manager

This role focuses on creating and managing a safe and fun environment in bar - delivering a fun, memorable experience for team members and guests alike. You're fully responsible for the entire site!

Area Manager

This role is about leading, developing and coaching your management teams as well as driving the region to achieve long-term profitability. It's your job to ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved. These people embody our values, culture and the Revolution Way!

The Academy

This is a 10-12 month programme designed to train and develop our internal talent into future managers. We run two intakes a year and each academy typically recruits 45-55 team leaders each intake. The programme consists of a structured workbook, a bank of courses and on-site manager development.

Trainees learn a wide range of skills including time management, communication skills, situational leadership, giving and receiving feedback, shift management and many more to develop them into a well-rounded manager.
