Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for a talented and dynamic General Manager to lead the team at Revolucion de Cuba Reading. As the General Manager of this beautiful site, you’ll work with your management, kitchen, and sales teams to ensure that you and your team are enjoying the experience just as much as your guests are. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a General Manager role, as you’ll be the face of the business, and overseeing all aspects of the venue's activity! This site is packed full of Cuban charm and charisma and with a strong brand behind Revolucion de Cuba we are looking for someone who has experience in developing ideas and building a big following, behind the front of a big name. If you’ve got experience of running venues in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun and inclusive place to work, then this is the perfect role for you!
