Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for a superstar Assistant Manager to join the team at Revolution Manchester Oxford Road. As an Assistant Manager of this beautiful venue, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar team in delivering our renowned late-night sessions, to supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing some of the high street’s most delicious food. Our Assistant Managers are the key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it! Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in an Assistant Manager role, as you’ll need to work with the management, kitchen, and sales teams to motivate and inspire your team! If you’ve got experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this could be the perfect role for you!
