Duty Manager / Team Leader - Revolution Bars - Revolution Manchester Oxford Road
Hourly Rate: £10.75 p/h
We are looking for a superstar Duty manager to join the team at Revolution Manchester Oxford Road to support the management team in all aspects of the business, from leading the bar team in delivering our renowned late-night sessions, to supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing some of the high street’s most delicious food. Our assistant managers are the key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it!
A Team Leader is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility. You'll own the guest experience within your bar and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!
You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.
In our Team Leader role you can progress onto duty management and Team Leaders will have access to enrol on our Management Academy course. A development program leading onto Assistant Manager.
