Sous Chef - Revolution Bars - Revolution Leadenhall
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + 50% OTE Bonus
We are looking for an Sous Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. You will be instrumental in leading this great team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in large branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards.
The progression is into a Head Chef role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. A Sous Chef responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
