Salary £26,500 + 50% OTE Bonus
 

Revolution Preston is on the lookout for a superstar Assistant Manager to join the already amazing team. This brand-new site has undergone a stunning £1.2 million pound investment and is one of the jewels in the crown of the Revolution estate. After opening with a bang and student return on the horizon, the role is not for the faint-hearted with revenues expected to grow even further over the coming months. Revolution Preston has already developed a reputation of being the place where everyone wants to be every day of the week! This includes mind-blowing, entertainment filled Saturday nights with experiences that Prestonians have never seen before! 

As the Assistant Manager, you will have experience in delivering first class peak sessions and assist in driving the bar forward and taking the bar to the next level!

You will need to have had experience in training and developing the team around you and ensure that standards are at their highest while delivering amazing experiences to our guests. Our assistant managers are well rounded members of the team and are skilled in delivering across all elements of the front of house operation.
