Regional Property Manager – Revolution Bars Group

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000pa + Car Allowance & Bonus

Type: Flexible, 1-2 days a week in the Ashton-Under-Lyne office, the rest from home or one of our bars

 

Revolution Bars Group are looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our growing property team and cover the Northern Region. Do you have a strong track record of project and cost management? Do you have the perfect mix of analytical skills, time management and relationship building skills? Are you a great problem solver, self-motivating, results driven and highly organised? If so, this is definitely the role for you!

As Regional Property Manager you will be responsible for the day to day building and estates management of approximately half of the estate. This includes ensuring that general compliance is in place at all sites, planned and reactive maintenance and repairs are fulfilled in a timely manner and property related budgets are effectively managed for each site and your region. The principal responsibilities are split into four broad categories: Regulatory and Statutory Control, Cost Management, Estates Management and Communication.

 

What will you get up to?

• Responsibility for all areas of property relevant Statutory and Mandatory Compliance within your area.
• Co-ordinating, implementing and reviewing Planned Maintenance Visits, PPM Schedules and Asset Registers on an annual basis throughout your region.
• Liaising with our internal support teams and external resource to ensure all property related records are correct and up to date at all times. You will also be responsible for identifying potential development requirements for the system and leading the implementation process.

• Cost management of general maintenance works, including approvals for reactive and planned works, ensuring that the best value is achieved at all times.
• Managing major repair projects and some capital expenditure projects that fall outside of designated operational approval levels.
• Having an uncompromising attitude to Health & Safety, cost, quality and programme.
• Liaising directly with the Operations department to ensure adherence to the maintenance strategy and the general property department processes and procedures.
• Carrying out training of property processes and procedures with operations teams at Area Manager and GM level
