Salary £28,500 - £30,000 + 50% OTE Bonus
 

We are looking for a passionate and determined Assistant General Manager to help lead the team at Revolucion de Cuba Southampton. As Assistant General Manager of this well-loved venue, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar and restaurant teams, stock control, payroll and labour control, finance and people development. Our Assistant General Managers are at the heart of our operation, and we want you to be part of it!
