Salary £40,000 - £48,000 + 50% OTE Bonus
 

We are looking for a talented General Manager to lead the team at Revolution Clapham. As the General Manager of this well-loved venue, you will have full accountability of the site, from P&L’s, balanced scorecards, stock, payroll and be the driving force behind increasing sales through the development of key sessions. You’ll need experience in coaching and developing your teams across multiple departments, bringing the best out of your people to live and breathe our company values.

Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a General Manager role, as you’ll be the face of the business!
