Hourly Rate: £10 p/h

Revolution Bar in Wigan is a 510 capacity, two floor operation venue situated in the heart of the lively town centre with a roof terrace bar and is currently looking to recruit a full time Team Leader.  

This position will be working up tp 40 hours per week with competitive rates of pay and bonuses. Experience is preferred however not essential as full training will be given. 

The role will involve over seeing a department team whilst working in a fast paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails and other drinks, taking payments and maintaining high standards at all times.  

A Team Leader is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility.  You'll own the guest experience within your bar and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!

You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.

The ideal candidate would have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards and have worked in our industry for 12 months at least.

In our Team Leader role you can progress onto duty management and Team Leaders will have access to enrol on our Management Academy course. A development program leading onto Assistant Manager.
