Salary: £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits 

 

Revolution Bars Group are looking for a Pricing and Insight Manager to join our growing commercial team! Are you an expert in analytical and numerical skills? A strategic thinker with a drive for delivering great results? Do you have experience managing end to end projects through fantastic communication and relationship management skills? If so, this is definitely the role for you.

As our Pricing and Insight Manager, you will provide leadership and drive of the pricing function, proactively identifying price, competitor and promotional opportunities, through competitor, market and customer analysis for continued growth and profitability. You'll also provide insight to highlight opportunities and risks and drive continued profitability. If you have a minimum of 3 years pricing experience, educational background in Business/Economics/Finance and hospitality or leisure experience, then you'd be a perfect fit for the Pricing and Insight Manager role.

 

Overall Duties:

• Lead the development of the pricing strategy and initiatives to optimise business performance through product pricing
• Develop a detailed understanding of customer behaviour, with respect to price though analysis of market, customer and performance data
• Evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical pricing / promotions on business performance
• Establish competitive benchmarks
• Own the development of elasticity and propensity modelling capability to predict the impact of customers behaviours on business performance
• Owner of price differentials and the price matrices
• Pricing proposals for site acquisitions and refurbishments
• Support wider business initiatives to deliver business growth in particular those involving customer or data analytics
• Utilize analysis on the performance of pricing impacts against forecast and budgets on an ongoing basis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Perform deep dive analysis into price and promotional activity to shape the direction of group pricing and brand activity
• Provide business critical price surgery insight and recommendations, to ensure optimal revenue / margin on a brand / site and product level basis
• Provide operational support by reviewing by exception site level pricing and promotions and making recommendations
• Co-ordinate pricing implementation with the EPOS team
