Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

Revolution Leadenhall is a stones throw away from sime highly iconic offices and landscapes that are hosted by the City Of London such as the Gherkin. Our Kitchen team delvier a variety of food offers from lunch sessions, to buffets to our new a la carte dining experience that we deliver in our private vault space. Your role as Assitant Kitchen Manager is to assist the Kitchen Manager in esnuring that the delivery of all food sessions are to the standards expect of the venue and the company.

We are looking for an Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. You will be instrumental in leading this great team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in large branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards. 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the logistics of food service and  champion high standards. They will have a key desire to progress further within the company under the leadership of a fantastic Kitchen Manager/Head Chef.

The progression is into a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. An Assistant Kitchen Manager's responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
