Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and someone with bags of ambition. We are looking for a Head Chef who has proven experience in building a fantastic team around them to help them deliver exceptional results. You will have had experience in large branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards.

The exciting Cantina menu, including Tapas and Main courses will keep your taste buds tingling, and with fresh menus arriving in the site throughout the year you are bound to be kept excited! With a large restaurant, there will never be a dull moment! The fresh menu, and sheer volume of prep needed will be a real challenge for the successful candidate. This is another addition to a fantastic, successful and growing brand... 

As Head Chef you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. Responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
