Our new Revolution is opening in Exeter and we are looking for some Team Leaders to help us throw the party!

Sitting on a prominent corner on one of the main pedestrian thoroughfares in Exeter. Linking the High Street the Central and St David’s train stations, and the University of Exeter main student campus - This will be a popular place! We'll be opening up across two floors, and transforming this space, so lots of room for parties and we'll need a few great Team Leaders to lead this big team.

What we're looking for..

A Team Leader is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility.  You'll own the guest experience within your bar and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!

You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.

The ideal candidate would have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards and have worked in our industry for 12 months at least.

In our Team Leader role you can progress onto duty management and Team Leaders will have access to enrol on our Management Academy course. A development program leading onto Assistant Manager.
