Head of Sales - Revolution Bars Group

£60,000 - £65,000 + 40 % OTE Bonus and Benefits

 

We’re evolving our central Sales & Marketing teams into a more dynamic and integrated team, putting our guest at the heart of everything we do. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, as Head of Sales you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy for Revolution Bars Group, covering Revolution, Revolucion De Cuba, Playhouse and Founders & Co, to achieve our pre-booked revenue and growth targets.

 

As Head of Sales, managing the corporate, third-party and direct central sales teams, you will be responsible for motivating, supervising, targeting, reviewing, and monitoring the efforts of your sales team, and in-site sales teams, on a continuous basis to meet your KPIs. Alongside this you will own key project initiatives, ranging from our products & services portfolio to our proprietary booking platform software, working on improvements to enhance the sales proposition. In addition, guest understanding, stakeholder and account management is key to success in this role, and you will have demonstrable experience in these areas, working across suppliers, marketing, commercial and operational teams to gain buy-in to sales requirements in order to hit your KPIs.

 

What are we looking for? :

• Experience in influencing and implementing a sales strategy in a multi-brand hospitality or leisure business
• Evidence of managing and driving a large, high-performing sales team
• Use of your commercial, analytical and data-driven mind-set to make key decisions to drive the sales proposition forward
• Strong guest-focused background with the ability to identify guest wants and needs
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines
• Be an exceptional negotiator and strong communicator who can link well with all levels of stakeholders, suppliers and accounts
• An innovative self-starter who is highly ambitious to succeed and develop within a growing business.
