The Revolucion de Cuba brand is totally unique. Designed around great food, proper drinks, live music and loads of salsa, we are dedicated to keeping the heat up long after the sun has gone down and carrying on until it rises again. Our food is a melting pot and fusion of flavours from Spain, Mexico and South America, cooked up in dishes inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana. Our drinks are for lovers of rum, drinkers of cerveza and spirit connoisseurs. We are the cantineros of Cuba, and now you have the chance to be part of the story.

A Team Leader is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility.  You'll own the guest experience within your bar and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!

You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.

The ideal candidate would have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards and have worked in our industry for 12 months at least.

In our Team Leader role you can progress onto duty management and Team Leaders will have access to enrol on our Management Academy course. A development program leading onto Assistant Manager.
