IT EPOS Support Analyst

£22,000 per annum - £2,600 out of hours support - Company benefits

We are looking for a first line analyst to join our EPOS team at our head office. You will be providing day-to-day EPOS/Hospitality tech support, menu/promo delivery to our bars and support centre employees.

Overall Duties:

  • Resolving EPOS related software and hardware problems
  • Liaising with suppliers to coordinate fault resolution
  • Setting up menus
  • Keyboard changes
  • Resolving general IT support queries
  • First line support for internal systems

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain good communication with other departments
  • Ensure menus are set up on time and to spec

EPOS Support

  • Till software
  • Till hardware
  • PDQs
  • Printers
  • Stocklink support
  • Order & Pay App support

General IT Support

  • Providing generic IT support to Operators and colleagues
  • General PC/Laptop/mobile device software & hardware repair
  • Fault diagnosis
  • Supporting internal systems
  • On the job training will be provided

Key Relationships and Communication

  • Work in close partnership with other support teams
  • Regular contact and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party support partners
  • Maintain very strong relationships with sites and operators
