Digital Marketing Manager - Revolution Bars Group
We’re evolving our central Sales & Marketing teams into a more dynamic and integrated team, putting our guest at the heart of everything we do, building a brilliant digital team to help us achieve this.
Reporting to our new Head of Growth & Digital, Maria Hamilton, you will be responsible for the performance and systems side of our Growth & Digital team, working on the next evolution of our digital ecosphere, and our paid and organic performance.
On a day-to-day basis you will be managing multiple workloads, moving from long-term system implementation, to supporting the Brand and Social Media & Content Teams with their campaign delivery, ensuring we have the best marketing and sales tech-stack on which to deliver this.
Your reporting and measurement skills must be second to none, with the ability to draw insight from data, across multiple platforms, to be used to inform the wider team, future campaigns and platform improvements.
Your guiding metrics include customer acquisition, conversion, retention, paid performance metrics, revenue and bookings directly attributed to digital activity.
The ideal person will have a customer-centric mindset, are detail orientated, highly collaborative and organised, have website, app and digital marketing platform management and implementation experience, and are accustomed to performance measured by results.
Key areas or responsibility include: Strong understanding of the marketing-sales funnel, including paid, with a proven track record of driving acquisition and conversion. Digital marketing platform management and implementation, including CRM, SCV systems. Commercially minded. Team management experience.
