We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. You will be instrumental in leading this great team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in large branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Revolution food service and standards with a key desire to progress further within the company under the leadership of a fantastic Kitchen Manger.
The progression is into a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. Responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
