Area Manager - Revolution - London & East Anglia

Circa £60,000 + bonus + additional benefits such as car and phone allowance

We're currently recruiting for an Area Manager for our Revolution brand in London and East Anglia. We are a company that believes in 'People First' and we are looking to find a creative and exciting Area Manager to support our incredible teams achieve their goals (personally and professionally). 

You'll be taking responsibility for the Revolution brand in London and East Anglia, which is made up of the following 8 sites: Beaconsfield, Cambridge, Clapham High Street, Ipswich, Norwich, Putney, Southend and Leadenhall in the City of London. Due to the uniqueness of our sites, you will be an adaptable Area Manager who thrives on building a bespoke approach within a branded environment. 

You will be responsible for leading, developing & coaching your management teams, as well as adopting a growth-mindset to help the overall brand achieve it's aspirations of being "the place where everyone wants to be". We are looking to find someone who fits our culture whilst promoting the Purpose, Vision & Values of the company... but you'll already be aware of all of these as you'll have been to our careers site right! The ideal candidate will have experience as a Multisite/Area Manager in a branded hospitality business. You will be able to demonstrate successful management of people and the ability to drive and sustain business results. In return, you'll be entering into a community that is all about its teams.
