Head of Brand Marketing (Maternity cover) – £55,000-£62,500 per annum + company benefits
With some very exciting news for our current Head of Brand Marketing we are pleased to be advertising for a 9 month maternity cover in this senior role within the marketing department. This role is responsible for defining and leading the brand strategy and promotional calendar for the business and all the brands within the portfolio.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will manage the development of imaginative and innovative brand propositions and their accompanying campaigns across all customer touch points, which build brand awareness, drive footfall, recruit new customers, increase retention and drive sales across both B2C and B2B channels.
You’ll have a lot of experience in understand and actioning guest insight as well as defining and building brands to ensure we retain and build our customer base with leading edge campaigns and customer journeys.
Alongside managing brand activity, you will lead our product and service lifecycle to uncover ‘what must come next’ within our offering. This means informing and managing our product & service portfolio, applying guest insight so that we are ahead of the trends and being first to market with new and innovative offering that maximising guest profitability.
In addition to the above, you will also own the brand supplier relationships, working with the biggest brands out there, such as Diageo, Coca Cola and Mastercard, to leverage brand-led activity to keep us relevant and top of mind, whilst also generating a supplier income to support your brand strategies and plans.
