Brand Marketing Manager - Maternity cover - Remote role - £35,000 to £40,000 pro rata plus car allowance

We are evolving our central Sales & Marketing teams into a more dynamic and integrated team, putting our guest at the heart of everything we do. This exciting Marketing Manager role is for a 9 month maternity cover.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing for Revolution Bars Group, you will be responsible for defining the brand proposition for your brand, including but not limited to the marketing plan and the promotional calendar, plus all the B2C and B2B campaigns that sit within this. Continually measuring their effectiveness to ensure we are maximising opportunities.

You will champion understanding the brands customer better than anyone else in the business and ensure that all campaigns are forward-thinking, audience-relevant and engaging, driving customer acquisition, retention and increasing brand sentiment within this audience.

Supporting the Head of Brand in the services and product lifecycle development to ensure your brand’s customers have reason to visit, as well as support the Head of Brand on nurturing and delivering supplier-led campaigns that fit the brand and its customers.

Your guiding metrics will be shared amongst the team and include NPS, Brand Sentiment (including VFM), Revenue, Retention and Lead Generation.

Overall Duties:

  • Deliver the annual brand marketing plan, building awareness and driving footfall and sales within agreed budgets and timescales
  • Be the main point of brand contact with the food, drinks & sales teams to ensure smooth communication and work collaboratively to create the marketing plans
  • Work with the Growth & Digital team to deliver outstanding campaigns for your brand
  • Manage campaigns across creative, print and digital agencies to implement the brand strategy across in bar, website, email and social media
  • Establish buy-in to the brand marketing campaign through clear communication with the operations team
  • Managing the workflow of the marketing assistant & executive to deliver the marketing plan
  • Analysing and compiling campaign reviews

Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
