Our training programme, ACE, stands for Amazing Customer Experience and is designed to give you the skills and the confidence to consistently deliver to the Revolution Bars Group standards and understand the needs of our customers. So far, over 2,000 members of the team have taken part.

We want every single one of our customers to have an amazing experience, every time. To do that we need to enhance the experience, at every stage of the customer journey. ACE teaches you how to create these key moments across the following training areas.
The academy is a programme designed to train and develop our internal talent into future managers. Each academy typically recruits 25-35 supervisors each intake. The programme consists of a structured workbook, a bank of courses, on-site manager development and a mentoring scheme.
We run dedicated training run by company specialists in marketing, IT and finance. For senior management, professional qualifications include CIMA and CIPD.
