Junior Sous Chef - Revolucion de Cuba - Revolucion de Cuba Liverpool
Salary £20,000 - £22,000

We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Junior Sous Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. You will be instrumental in leading this large team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards.  

The exciting Cantina menu, including Tapas and Main courses will keep your taste buds tingling, and with fresh menus arriving in the site throughout the year you are bound to be kept exciting! With a large restaurant area there will never be a dull moment! The fresh menu, and volume of prep needed will be a real challenge for the successful Junior Sous Chef candidate. 

The Junior Sous Chef progression is into a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. As Junior Sous Chef Responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.

Designed around great food, proper drinks, live music and loads of salsa, we are dedicated to keeping the heat up long after the sun has gone down and carrying on until it rises again. Our food is a melting pot and fusion of flavours from Spain, Mexico and South America, cooked up in dishes inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana. Our drinks are for lovers of rum, drinkers of cerveza and spirit connoisseurs. We are the cantineros of Cuba, and now you have the chance to be part of the story.
