Restaurant Manager - Revolution Bars - Revolution NUT
Salary £21,000 - £23,000 + 30% bonus
 

Revolution Bars Group are looking for a really passionate foodie who is wanting to join a brand that is dedicated to delivering an Amazing Customer Experience. Our stunning sites are complimented by a mouth watering menu that is designed to blow diners away with every mouthful. Your role as a restaurant manager is to help lead a team to deliver this purpose.

As a Restaurant Manager within our business you will be given your own KPIs and personalised development plan. You will have been in an Assistant/Restaurant Manager role for at least 12 months. Ideally you will have controlled sales volumes of over 20k and had experiences within the food side of the business, as well as late night. You must have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards, and trained a team of FOH staff to deliver this as well.

Our fantastic site in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to drive standards and sales. With a refurb planned for this Summer and a new menu launch in September alongside a positive reboot of service style, all the tools are available to the right person to take food to the next level.
